How to change a light bulb

Step 1  Locate the light switch
Step 2	Turn the light switch to the off position
Step 3	If applicable, let the bulb cool off
Step 4	Grasp the bulb
Step 5  Turn bulb counterclockwise until it frees the socket. 
Step 6	Insert a replacement bulb 
Step 7  Turn replacement bulb gently clockwise until firm resistance is met. 
Step 8	Turn the light switch on.
Step 9	Dispose of the old light bulb. 
Troubleshooting
New Bulb does not work
A - Reset Circuit Breaker or replace fuse.
B - Gently shake new bulb and listen for a lose filiment.  If lose, replace bulb.
C - Did you pay your electric bill?  If not, then the electric company may have disconnected you
D - Is there a black out?
